Payment Instructions
Detailed instructions are available on the login page of the web payment platform regarding the procedure to follow in the event of a completed transaction with a payment confirmation slip received, as well as in case of a failed transaction. Please carefully adhere to these instructions.
- Once you select the "Pay" option, you will be directed to make payment via NET BANKING or DEBIT / CREDIT CARD. Choose your preferred payment method and proceed accordingly.
- After a successful payment, you will receive a PAYMENT CONFIRMATION SLIP, which should be retained for reference.
- In the event of an unsuccessful payment due to any reason, you will receive a notification indicating the status of the payment failure.
- If neither of the above scenarios occurs, and there is a significant delay in receiving any response from the system, you may choose to restart the payment process from the beginning.
- If you have provided all DEBIT / CREDIT card details or NET BANKING authorization for payment and have not received any response, please check with your bank or Credit Card Company to verify if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited, please refrain from attempting another payment.
Privacy Policy
The details you provide will be used exclusively for the purpose of processing payments to the institution. All data will be securely stored and will not be disclosed to any third party or utilized for any other purposes.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
- There is no cancellation option available for end users once the payment has been made.
- In case of a duplicate payment, parents/STUDENTS are requested to contact the admin, finance, or accounts department with proof of the transaction reference or bank statement for a refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days. The respective payment gateway will send the refund to the issuing bank (USER’S CARD BANKER) in batches for processing, which may take approximately 8-15 working days, depending on the policies of the issuing banks.
